February is Black History Month, a time to honor the Black men and women who have made significant contributions to the United States. In that spirit, we have rounded up a list of Black-owned businesses in Augusta. Each of these businesses help make the Augusta community the special place it is. We love to support these Black-owned businesses in Augusta all year-round and hope you do too!
Did you know?
Black business owners account for about 10 percent of U.S. businesses and about 30 percent of all minority-owned businesses, totaling approximately two million companies owned by African Americans, according to the U.S. Census Bureau. But a June 2020 report from the National Bureau of Economic Research showed Black-owned businesses were disproportionately affected by the pandemic, with 41 percent closing their doors because of the pandemic and its fallout.
How can you make a difference?
Spend your money intentionally. Shop at Black-owned businesses in our community. Post on social media to spread the word about Black-owned businesses. Support causes that support Black entrepreneurs. Make it a habit to intentionally support Black businesses.

Parents Want to Know What To Do to Help Their Children Become Better Athletes:
It has nothing to do with technology, or any expensive equipment, or supplements. It’s giving their young athletes resources that will build their athleticism…
🐆 Speed…
🦘 Explosiveness…
🐃 Strength…
🐈⬛ Agility…
These are the athletic traits most people don’t know how to build. As a result, they think athleticism is all about genetics. But here’s the good news. This just means when your young athlete develops athleticism, they’ll have a competitive advantage. Which means more playing time, More championships and trophies and more recognition on and off the field.
But where do you start?
My name is Coach Raymond Webber Former NFL Player and College All American my staff and I are looking for 20-25 young athletes ages 6-18 years of age who want to learn training programs.
I’ve created over the last 10 years that We’ve applied…
To top NCAA athletes, as well as, guys playing in the NFL, MLB, NBA, USFL, XFL and International Pro Leagues.
In that time, we’ve dialed in my training process to deliver BIG results in a single offseason.
That process starts with agility training. Agility is the biggest difference between athletes who dominate and athletes who don’t.
