Imagination Station!
We are a non-profit, small-scale community-run children’s museum featuring interactive educational exhibits, programming for both children and parents, and more. Our exhibit space includes a sensorimotor corner, a construction area, a teddy bear clinic, a pre-literacy room, and an art room. We cater to children ages 0 to 6 year old.
We are open Monday and Tuesdays from 9:30-12:00 and on Saturdays from 9:30-12:00 and 2:30-5:00.   We are located in the Patricia Rigsby Daniel Recreation Center in Hickman Park at 965 Hickman Road Augusta, GA. This is a block behind the Partridge Inn on Walton Way.  Imagination Station offers museum rental for larger groups for field trips or "play dates" during the center's off hours for a fee and with 30 days advance notice.
How do you become a member?  Members pay an annual fee and contribute to staffing and programming, are afforded free access to the museum, activities and programs.  Visitors pay a fee ($10 per family which includes up to 3 children) for entrance to the museum and participation in programs.  Visit our website www.imagineaugusta.org and click on "Membership" at the top for more detailed information on levels of membership and involvement!
